I titled this series All Truth Revealed because that’s exactly what I’m going to do. Reveals the WHOLE truth. I’m sure you’re tired of all the hype and empty promises out there. I won’t point fingers or swear as that doesn’t benefit anyone. However, sometimes I can be BRUTALLY HONEST with you during this series. If you can’t handle that, then you should stop reading now. Why would I do this? Because it’s time for good people like you, who are honestly looking to improve their lives, to STOP being pulled in chains, and so you can understand exactly what to expect in the network marketing/home based business industry. .
The intent here is to help you understand not only how network marketing and multi-level marketing (mlm) work today, but also why things are done a certain way. Why certain techniques are used and for what purpose. Too many times these things are not explained properly which can leave people feeling cheated or disillusioned about the industry, put a “bad taste in their mouths” and ultimately cause them to fail or quit altogether.
First let me say that there are many good network marketing and multi-level marketing companies that you can choose from. There are a lot of good products and a lot of good people in this industry and yes, you can make a lot of money as long as you take the time to educate yourself properly. You would not try to become a doctor or lawyer without going to medical or law school to receive the proper education. Yet every year millions of people enter the network marketing home based business industry with little to no knowledge of what to do because they read somewhere or heard someone tell them that “anyone can do this”. .
That brings me to the first truth about network marketing home based businesses. No, just anyone can’t ‘do this’. On top of that, you don’t want anyone doing business with you anyway. While the marketing system and concept you’re working with may be simple enough, some people just aren’t cut out to be entrepreneurs. Some people just can’t break out of the employee mentality. But here’s a little secret; you can’t work with everyone who wants to make more money anyway. It’s just not possible and most of the time people with this mindset are looking to ‘get rich quick’. Remember, you have a business and you should treat it like a business. That’s why today’s top companies have a marketing system to help you qualify the people you can and want to work with.
The main goal in any business, network marketing or otherwise, is to make money as quickly as possible. This series will help you do just that. I’m not sugarcoating anything, so please understand up front that I’m going to explain how to own and operate a legitimate network marketing business. In Part 2, we’ll begin by discussing the business mindset and certain principles that apply to your home-based business needs.
