PASSION

The difference between success and failure is passion and belief. Here is your litmus test. How deeply do you want to reach this goal? Do you feel passion for it? Are you willing to do whatever it takes to achieve it? If you don’t, change it! If you do, go for it!

The best way to become an expert at achieving goals is to start with one product, follow a roadmap, refine it, and then extend it to more products. Having A CLEARLY DEFINED goal that you are passionate about is the key to staying focused.

How many times have you heard that you must follow the SMART acronym to set your goals? And how many times have you set goals that don’t come close to being smart. Specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time bound. Take a second look at your goal. IS IT SMART? “Increase my device sales” is NOT a smart goal. “Increase my device sales by 10% by December 1, 2016” is a smart goal.
