Many gym goers overcomplicate things when it comes to working out their legs. They go from machine to machine and do many different exercises that don’t work. Honestly, that’s a waste of time.

1. Run or walk on the incline treadmill

You can go hiking in the hills or in the mountains to have great legs. But let’s be real, most people can’t do that on a regular basis. So the next best thing is jogging on an incline treadmill. I suggest inclining the treadmill to 30 degrees, but 20 degrees is fine too.

The incline really makes a world of difference for toning your legs… when you compare that to someone walking on a flat surface with the same goal. Try to do no more than 25 minutes of incline jogging. If you’re a beginner, try walking instead of jogging for just 10 minutes until you’re ready to increase the intensity.

Please don’t worry about people looking at you like you’re weird. Find an open space somewhere and block the path for 2 minutes without stopping. Chop Steps are not high knee exercises. So what you do is take quick choppy steps instead. Your knees should never

go above your waist. As soon as your feet hit the ground, bring it back up to just below your waist. Chop the step into place for 2 minutes non-stop for a total of 20 minutes. Rest 60 seconds between each set.
