Crock Pot Beef Lasagna

What do you need:

  • 1 package of noodles for lasagna
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • 1/2 kg. ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat in a skillet until golden brown. Add the tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt, and oregano. Cook 3 to 5 minutes longer or until heated through. Combine the mozzarella, cottage cheese, and Parmesan in a large bowl. Layer raw lasagna noodles in bottom of slow cooker (break noodles to fit in slow cooker), then spread ground beef mixture over it. Place another layer of noodles but this time top with the cheese mixture. Continue layering these ingredients until all have been used. Cook over low heat for 4 to 6 hours.

Slow Cooker Chicken Spaghetti

What do you need:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cooked and cut into small pieces
  • 2 cups spaghetti, cooked al dente
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 1/2 cups of condensed cream of chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups of condensed cream of mushroom cream
  • 1 cup of processed cheese

Combine tomatoes, cream of chicken, cream of mushroom soup, and cheese in slow cooker. Cook and stir over medium heat until cheese is melted. Add the cooked chicken spaghetti to the pot and heat. Lower the heat and cook for about 40 more minutes.

Crock Pot Macaroni and Cheese

What do you need:

  • 2 cups macaroni pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups of evaporated milk
  • 1 1/4 cups diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup processed American cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup light cream cheese, diced
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of whipped cream
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Spray the bottom of a slow cooker with cooking spray, then spoon the macaroni paste there. Add evaporated milk, American cheese, cream cheese, milk, whipped cream, butter, and Dijon mustard to the pot and stir to combine the ingredients well. Cook over low heat for 4 hours. When done, add the diced tomatoes before serving.
